Michael Pinelli, Project Executive   Michael Pinelli, Project Executive

As co-founder of Catalyst Construction Group, Inc., Michael maintains a project executive role and is responsible for executive management of all general contracting and development services.

As a former manager, Michael Pinelli has developed a solid reputation for completing projects on time and within budget. He has developed numerous repeat clients. Michael’s experience includes a vast array of retail build-outs, new commercial construction, as well as public and institutional projects in the Chicago land Area and out of state. Michael specialized in very technical Hyper Fast Track Healthcare projects throughout his career.

Michael is from Chicago, attend Mount Carmel High School, and has a B.S. in Construction Engineering and a minor in Business Management from Bradley University. Mr. Pinelli has also earned his concrete and masonry license for the City of Chicago. In addition, he holds certifications from Primavera, OSHA 10 hour, and Master builder.

Michael and his family currently reside in the City of Chicago.

Chad McRoberts, Project Executive   Chad McRoberts, Project Executive

Chad comes from a long family history of real estate development and general contracting. He is originally from Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and studied political science and business.

Chad has over 25 years experience in the general contracting and construction management industry. He has an extensive background in design build mechanical systems, mid- and high rise construction as well as multi-unit commercial construction. He holds certifications from Bell and Gossett, Green Heck, Primavera, OSHA 10 hour.

Chad and his family live in Chicago. Chad enjoys hunting, golfing, motorcycling, and Bears football.

Daryl Moore, Senior Project Manager   Daryl Moore, Senior Project Manager

As a senior Project Manager, Daryl is responsible for managing multiple projects at a time. He develops and maintains the CPM schedules that manage our projects. He oversees the daily activities in support of the project superintendents. His 25 years of construction experience in design build projects, high rise office building, water treatment plants, parking garages, federal defense programs, schools, and prisons makes him a very valuable asset to all our clients.

Phil Domenico, Vice President Developer Services   Phil Domenico, Vice President Developer Services

Phil is responsible for directing preconstruction and design development activities including project financing, feasibility analysis, estimating, budgeting and project management. Phil’s responsibilities also include directing and coordinating the sales and marketing activities for the firm. He works consistently to deliver on the firm’s promise of exceptional design, quality, and customer service.

Phil has been active in the residential and commercial real estate industry for over 13 years. He has managed the development and construction of over 150 cell sites for U.S. Cellular throughout the Midwest. He has also completed over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space in the Chicago. Most recently, he has directed the pre-construction activities for several successful residential condominium projects. Phil also has specific experience with design-build projects, value-engineering, LEED Certification, 1031 Exchanges and Tax Increment Financing.

Phil is a licensed broker and holds a BS and MBA in Finance and Accounting. He currently lives in Chicago, IL.

Keith Hougard, Project Superintendent   Keith Hougard, Project Superintendent

As project superintendent, Keith Hougard is responsible for managing the day to day activities of numerous projects. He develops and maintains the site specific three week schedules and all project coordination. Keith has over 30 years of construction experience all with a superintendent background.

Jason Terp, Project Manager   Jason Terp, Project Manager

As project manager, Jason Terp is responsible for managing multiple projects. He oversees operations in the field and coordinates with field and office personnel. In the 12 years in the industry, Jason has worked in design, construction, and demolition. Whether servicing municipal or private clients, his diverse education and experience is a valuable asset to the project team.

Project experience includes water and wastewater treatment plants, water supply, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, heavy highway and bridges, land development for commercial projects, as well as construction of over 380 residential projects.

Jason received his B.S in civil engineering and continued his education in construction management at Bradley University. He has certifications from Troxler, Autodesk and OSHA.
